Graced with a fantastic cover, Here to Stay is a compelling read about basketball, unlikely friendships, and that current sociopolitical climate surrounding race relations in the US.       In recent years, I’ve received quite a number of requests from people asking for my views on soy products. Many of these inquiries have mentioned a stridently anti-soy article written by Sally Fallon and Mary G. Enig, titled “Tragedy and Hype,” that has been widely circulated. This article presents a systematic series of accusations against soy consumption, and has formed the basis for.   Soy, food, pesticides, petroleum, soy formula and prescription drugs – all intertwined. This powerful lobby affects what studies are conducted and published. I would like to add/ point to one missing reasons to avoid or restrict soy intake: soy is very high in oxalic acid an organic acid (also called Oxalates) – similar and worse effects.
